Total Up-time
We can’t afford to have any down time. That’s why we have invested heavily in backup systems. These include receivers, servers, workstations, network components, and phone systems.
Emergency Power
Two generators, one auto-starting, power our entire facility in the event of an outage. All employees are trained in the use of both generators. Each unit is tested under load for 30 minutes each week. Critical systems are on UPS systems which are tested monthly.
Software
Our UL listed automation software is in use in over 2000 monitoring facilities worldwide. It is flexible, highly reliable, and expandable to meet the continuously changing needs of the alarm industry.
